Free Beachcombing Clinic

SW 33rd Street Beach Access 3417 SW Anchor Ave, Lincoln City, OR, United States

Each clinic begins with a brief orientation by local expert Laura Joki at the SW 33rd Street beach access, just north of the Sandcastle Beachfront Motel. To get there from Highway 101, turn west onto SW 35th Street (at the Christmas Cottage), continue down the street and take a right at SW Anchor Avenue. The beach access will be on the left-hand side. Clamming Clinic attendees will meet at the pullout just north of the Bay House Restaurant located on the west side of Hwy 101. To get there, travel south on Hwy 101 in Lincoln City through the traffic signal at SW 51st Street in the Historic Taft District. Crabbing Clinic

End of SW 51st Street 860 SW 51st Street, Lincoln City, OR, United States

Prior to crabbing, participants will meet at the pavilion located at the end of SW 51st Street in the Historic Taft District of Lincoln City for a brief orientation. The orientation will familiarize participants with Oregon’s crabbing regulations, harvest methods, identification, and cleaning and cooking techniques. Parking is available between Mo’s Restaurant and the pavilion. Flat access to the bay is available at the end of SW 51st Street, which is ADA compliant. Pixiefest

Lincoln City's very own family fun festival. Inspired by the legendary Pixie Kitchen, this an event that celebrates childhoods past and present. Rides, games and entertainment are all part of the fun. Pixie Kitchen’s own Captain Barnacle will be on-stage with lots of fun contests for kids and parents. In-between, enjoy kid-friendly entertainers and be prepared to meet members of our roving troupe of Pixies. This year also features a lower, family-friendly admission price.
