Oregon Coast Community College
You, the student, are our top priority. Oregon Coast Community College serves first-time college students, high school graduates, adults and business professionals, offering credit and non-credit courses at its three campuses in Lincoln City, Newport, and Waldport.
Students may explore career ideas, retrain or update skills, pursue personal interests, or broaden horizons, attending either full or part-time. One can complete the first two years of a bachelor’s degree, earn an associate degree, take courses to get a job, prepare to start a small business, get a GED, learn English as a second language, or take courses for personal enrichment.
Small Business Development Center
The SBDC is funded through a cooperative agreement with the Small Business Administration, the State of Oregon and Oregon Coast Community College, with assistance from Lincoln County, the City of Newport, the City of Lincoln City and the City of Waldport, among other local agencies. The SBDC works tirelessly to secure funding from agencies on local, state, regional and national levels to ensure our ability to serve you, our Oregon Coast small business owners and entrepreneurs.
The SBDC is based in the North County OCCC campus in Lincoln City, but also maintains office at the Central Campus in Newport. Classes and counseling sessions are typically held in both locations, providing easy access for residents throughout Lincoln County. Learn more about Oregon coast community college click here.
Stop by our Visitor Center located in the Historic DeLake School in the heart of Lincoln City, just north of the ‘D’River Wayside. Open from 10am-4pm Monday – Saturday, the Center offers a variety of information to visitors including; maps, hundreds of area travel guides and even features a computer kiosk for those looking for more specific information.
