DESCRIPTION:Independence Day Fireworks Over Siletz Bay \nWatch 4th of July fireworks over Siletz Bay in Lincoln City\, Oregon. Free fireworks display over Siletz Bay in the Historic Taft District of Lincoln City beginning at dusk\, approximately 10:00/10:30pm. \nLive Bands\nJoin us for this year’s lineup of live music in the Taft Pavilion (west end of SW 51st Street) in Lincoln City. The music starts at 12pm and goes right up until the fireworks show over the bay. Family friendly and it’s FREE. \nShuttle Service \nLimited free shuttle service will be offered for this year’s fireworks viewing. Parking for the shuttle is available on July 4th at Oregon Coast Community College and Taft High School in Lincoln City with a shuttle drop off point near Siletz Bay. The shuttle will operate on a continuous loop from 6pm until midnight. \nDownload a copy of the shuttle and parking map. \nParking \nParking is permitted in the public parking lots and on the street throughout the Taft District. This area of Lincoln City becomes very busy during this event. Please be patient\, exercise caution and plan early!

The orientation will familiarize participants with Oregon’s crabbing regulations\, harvest methods\, identification\, and cleaning and cooking techniques. \nParking is available between Mo’s Restaurant and the pavilion. Flat access to the bay is available at the end of SW 51st Street\, which is ADA compliant. \nEach crabber is allowed to crab with up to 3 devices. We can only play during low tide so the course is only open from 11:30-2pm. It is awesome fun.

DESCRIPTION:Each clinic begins with a brief orientation by local expert Laura Joki at the SW 33rd Street beach access\, just north of the Sandcastle Beachfront Motel. To get there from Highway 101\, turn west onto SW 35th Street (at the Christmas Cottage)\, continue down the street and take a right at SW Anchor Avenue. The beach access will be on the left-hand side. Public parking lots are located at 35th and 32nd Streets. Parking is also available along SW Anchor Avenue and at the beach access. \nFollowing the orientation\, Laura will guide participants along the beach and help them identify coastal treasures. Some of the treasures you may encounter include agates\, fossils\, gemstones\, shells\, petrified wood\, jasper\, rocks\, and minerals. Each clinic lasts 2 hours. Questions and feedback are encouraged from all participants. \nClinics are complimentary and pre-registration is not required.

DESCRIPTION:Ghosts and Legends of the Oregon Coast\nSpecial Encore Tour for Antique & Collectibles Week: February 9th\, 2019 at 5:00pm\, 6:00pm & 7:00pm \nOur tour of Lincoln City’s historic bay front area lasts approximately 1 hour and covers just under a mile of walking on flat surface. The walking route is wheelchair accessible. \nThe tour is conducted rain or (moon)shine. We have heavy rain ponchos to loan in case of light rain. A passenger van will be provided in case of heavy rain. Sorry\, the van cannot accommodate a wheelchair.
